Whenever you make a purchase from the Book People, you will earn Book Points to redeem against books of your choice. Book Points are automatically added to your account every time you place an order – whether online, by post or on the phone.

You can check your Book Point total at any time in your account. Look out for the Book Points earned value and redemption values displayed against our books. The redemption value shows how many Book Points you need in order to choose that title for free.
If you are shopping online and would like to redeem a book with Book Points, simply add it to your basket. When you view your basket, there is the option to redeem your Book Points against a book you have added.
If placing your order by post, you can add the book you wish to redeem with Book Points to the order form. If ordering by telephone, simply let our operator know which book you'd like to use your Book Points against.
