The Book People has taken all possible steps to secure your card details. We take the matter of internet security very seriously indeed. As a result we utilise a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts the data stream between your browser and our server.
Our secure server is verified by THAWTE and an IMRG ‘Internet Shopping is Safe’ and ‘Internet Delivery is Safe’ accredited retailer.

If you're not comfortable shopping online we are pleased to provide the following options.
Telephone payments
To place an order by telephone using a credit/debit card, please call our Order line on 0845 602 40 40 (open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week)*.
Fax payments
To place an order by fax using a credit/debit card, please fax your order to 0845 606 4242*.
Postal payments
To order by post, fill in your order form and send to The Book People Ltd, Parc Menai, Bangor, LL57 4FB enclosing payment via cheque, postal order or credit/debit card*.
*Please note: Some of the books and promotions offered on the website are only available online. Therefore, you will be unable to purchase internet-only titles or take advantage of online exclusive promotions through other channels.

Our ordering restrictions on books
The Book People Ltd sells directly to the public only. We do not offer any books for third party re-sale. For this reason, there are restrictions on ordering. You cannot order more than 20 of the same book online. If you would like to make a purchase of more than 20 of the same title, please telephone our Order line on 0845 602 40 40 and an operator will review your order.
Book Point Terms & Conditions
You may only purchase one item per order using Book Points.
Some sale items or promotional items are not available to purchase using Book Points.
The maximum Book Points available on any book is 20.
We retain the right to amend Book Point values at any time.
