If you wish to cancel your order, you are able to do so by notifying Customer Services prior to receiving your delivery or within the 14-day period that follows. If your order has not yet been despatched we will immediately cancel delivery and arrange for a full refund that will reach you within 21 days. If your order has already been despatched when you choose to cancel, please follow our Returns Policy.
