Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy your new books, but if you’re not completely satisfied with any of your purchases you can return any items to us in their original condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Returning goods to us is easy – it takes just two simple steps:

Damaged or incorrect items

  1. Get in touch with our friendly Customer Services team through the Contact Us section or call us on 0345 602 3030.
  2. If we request that you return your book(s) to us, please complete the Returns Form that was included with your order, including any quoted authorisation number (RMA). Unless stated, we will replace your books using the same service as your original order.

*Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow 10 days for a replacement. Damaged or faulty books will be replaced immediately when you contact us.

Unwanted items

  1. Complete the Returns Form and wrap the unwanted items and form securely. You do not need an authorisation number (RMA) for unwanted items.
  2. Obtain proof of postage and post back to us using the address label that was included with your order.
*Please allow up to 21 days for a refund to be processed. Please note that any items that entitle you to a refund must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We are sorry but we are unable to reimburse any postage costs.
