Really fab book - if you are new to cooking and/or allergies - this book will give you great ideas for 'swapping' even when not using the recipes. The recipes are great.

A fantastic book, that actually understands about life and cooking for allergies! It gives great advise about substituting ingredients. The recipes are easy to understand, make and taste delicious. Definitely a book I couldn't do without.
