I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves chocolate. The recipes included scale in ability levels from the novice to the accomplished cook, and are fun to experiment with anyway! I would suggest the chocolate maple fudge as somewhere to start. Perfect book as a treat for yourself, or as a gift for your favourite chocoholic!
