Really good book. Very detailed and easy to follow. It has a variety of different workouts (as well as different types of stretches) which can be done without using any exercising equipment!!! The DVD is also very good... it has 6 workouts on it. Yoga and pilates in it too... a very GREAT buy and worth the price!!!
