"A godsend!"
My little boy is only 15 months old but he LOVES these books. He may not read them yet but he likes me to read them to him and loves to just take them out of the box and put them back in! Fantastic!

"Brilliant books, excellent value"
My 2 year old son adores Thomas the Tank Engine so I bought him the box set and he loves them. They have kept him quiet for hours and I paid a fraction of the price I would have paid if I had bought them from a book shop.

"Wow!"
All these books for just £30.00 is incredible value, we bought them for our 3-year-old and he absolutely loves them! It's trying to get him to put them down that's the problem!

Brilliant
Again - brilliant. Our two year old loves Thomas and he loves and understands these really well. Having 50 also gives the added bonus of not having to read the same story every night.

Brilliant value!
We had been collecting the Thomas books for a little while for our Thomas mad son. When i saw the box set for this price i couldn't believe it even though he already had about 20 of the books it was still cheaper for us to buy the full set. We kept the ones he didn't have and gave them to him as rewards rather than sweets then the rest we put in his party bags and gave to friends. They are a great set of books and he never gets bored at reading them i would agree with other reviews the box isn't very sturdy and so all the books end up on the floor if your not careful but hem again your not reading the box so it doesn't matter that much. A must for any Thomas fan!!

Star Buy
This is a star buy, great box set of 50 books, great value. The only thing that lets it down is the box they come in, it isnt that sturdy & when you get an excited 2yr old searching through it for his favourite book,the tabs that hold the front together with the sides are not strong enough & break off. Better made as 1 piece so the box lasts - books great though, stories are enjoyable,selection is great aswell.Overall 5 stars

Thomas the Tank Engine Collection - 50 Books in a Box
The Thomas the Tank Engine Collection (50 books in a box) is great value and is a must for all Thomas and Friends fans and their parents. The plastic storage box (28 cm x 13.7 cm x 15.4 cm) is nicely decorated with Thomas and other characters. The box contains all of the original books and provides additional space for the books that were printed in 2008 and those that are proposed for publication in 2009. Each paperback book is 13.7 cm x 15 cm and contains a nicely illustrated story that centres on a character (engine / vehicle) from Sodor. The stories are great for bedtime and take about 5 minutes to read. Our little boy enjoys sitting on our knee and looking at the illustrations when a story is being read to him. The collection is almost certainly going to be a good long term investment because I am sure that he will continue to read the stories by himself when he is old enough.

Great buy
Brilliant box set of 30 Thomas books. Excellent quality and content as you'd expect with Thomas books and the Book people. Exceptional value for train loving boys and girls in your life.

superbly presented gift
This is a superbly presented gift set featuring all the Thomas gang. They're exceptional value for money and the stories are easy to read and are always enjoyed immensely by my four and three year old. They also make excellent party bag gifts at only 60p each, they're the right size to fit into a bag and are a far more useful and enjoyable gift than the usual plastic rubbish!
