You can manage your The Book People account online. Simply sign in and click on the 'My Account' tab found at the top of each page and scroll down to the 'Account Summary' option. From here you can amend your personal details including your name, email address and contact telephone number. By clicking the 'Addresses' tab you can also add, delete and modify delivery addresses.
To change your title, name, email address or telephone number, simply go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of every window and select the 'Account Summary' option from the drop-down menu. In the 'My Details' window you will need to select 'Amend details', change the information you wish to update and then click the 'Save' button.
To change your default delivery or billing address, sign in to your account and click the 'Addresses’ tab. Click ‘Change’ to make alterations to your saved addresses or ‘Remove’ to permanently delete an address. When making changes, be sure to press the ‘Save’ button to keep your alterations.
When signed in to your account, if you want to change your password, click the 'Change' button. You will be asked to confirm your existing password and then choose and confirm a new one. Remember to press 'Save' for these changes to take effect.
Are you subscribed to receive our email newsletters or catalogues? If not, click the 'Change' button in the 'My Subscriptions' window in ‘My Account', tick the boxes and press 'Save'. That way you'll always be the first to hear about our new books and special offers!
If you decide you want to stop receiving newsletters or catalogues, you can uncheck the boxes to unsubscribe at any time. Please note, for catalogues our mailing data is compiled up to 30 days in advance, so you may receive one more catalogue before this takes effect.
We're sorry, but we currently do not deliver catalogues to addresses outside of the United Kingdom. But don't worry, international customers can still order books online from The Book People.
