Unfortunately you can no longer log into your account, but please do not worry. This does not mean your order is not being processed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. What is VIP Passport?
VIP Passport rewards loyal The Book People customers with a range of exciting benefits including:

How do I become a VIP Passport member?
All you have to do is order from us four times within 12 months – it’s that simple!
Every time you place an order of any value, you will receive a stamp. When you have four stamps, you will be entitled to all the benefits VIP Passport brings.
To check the progress of your VIP Passport account, sign in to your account and then go to the ‘VIP Passport’ section. Here, you will find your current status and be able to see how many stamps you have acquired so far.
Your membership starts from the date you make your fourth order and will run for 12 months. All you have to do to remain a member of VIP Passport is order four times during your 12-month membership.
Priority Service upgrade applies to orders eligible for standard delivery. A charge of £3.95 applies to all orders under £25. We will aim to deliver any order with Priority Service within three working days of the order being placed. Please note, Terms and Conditions apply and due to carrier restrictions, our Priority Service is not available to the following postcodes:
AB1-99, BT1-99, DD8-11, GY1-99, HS1-99, IM1-99, IV1-23, 25-27, 30-32, 36, 40-56, JE1-99, KA27-28, KW1-3, 5-17, PA20-49, 60-78, PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-99.
** Some books and promotions are offered to VIP Passport members as an exclusive preview. They may become available to all other customers at a later date.
