Our priority is to fulfil all existing orders whilst ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers alike. Please be assured that our warehouse team is working hard to ship all existing orders as quickly and safely as possible. Orders may take up to 7 weeks to be delivered.
Unfortunately you can no longer log into your account, but please do not worry. This does not mean your order is not being processed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Age Ranges
All children's titles from The Book People have a recommended reading age in order to help you choose appropriate books for your child. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the age group selection is accurate, parental discretion may be required to ensure suitability for individual children. We will, of course, be happy to adjust an age range if it becomes clear that the original recommendation is unsuitable.
If you receive books you believe to be inappropriate for the age of your child, then you are entitled to return them by following the procedure in our Returns section.
