Our priority is to fulfil all existing orders whilst ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers alike. Please be assured that our warehouse team is working hard to ship all existing orders as quickly and safely as possible. Orders may take up to 7 weeks to be delivered.
Unfortunately you can no longer log into your account, but please do not worry. This does not mean your order is not being processed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. The Book People currently accepts Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard payments online. We also now accept PayPal. For alternative methods please continue reading.
If you're not comfortable shopping online for books with The Book People, we are pleased to provide the following options to order books:
To place an order by telephone using a credit or debit card, please call our order line on 0345 602 40 40 (open GMT, Monday to Friday and , Saturday and Sunday).
To place an order by fax using a credit or debit card, please fax your order to 0345 606 42 42.
To order by post, fill in your order form and send to The Book People Ltd, Parc Menai, Bangor, LL57 4FB enclosing payment via cheque, postal order, credit or debit card.
For those Buyers with a credit account, payment will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of The Book People invoice, subject to alternative written agreement between The Book People and the Buyer.
The Book People reserves to right to claim interest at the rate of 4% per annum above the minimum base lending rate for the time being of the Bank of England, calculated on a daily basis on all sums due to The Book People and unpaid from the date on which payment is due under these Conditions until the date on which payment is made, both including the period before and after judgement.
