Our priority is to fulfil all existing orders whilst ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers alike. Please be assured that our warehouse team is working hard to ship all existing orders as quickly and safely as possible. Orders may take up to 7 weeks to be delivered.
Unfortunately you can no longer log into your account, but please do not worry. This does not mean your order is not being processed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Ordering
Using Quickshop
Quickshop can be found on the Basket page. The Quickshop facility is aimed at customers who have a copy of our catalogue (Quickshop codes can be found next to every product in the catalogue), but prefer to place their order online. It allows you to use the product codes provided in the catalogue to purchase books quickly and easily.
There are two boxes that make up Quickshop. Enter the prefix (four numbers at the beginning of each product code) into the first box if you have it – don't worry, if you don't have the prefix to hand, you can ignore this box and just enter the product code into the second box. Click 'Add to basket' after each code and the book will automatically be added to your basket.
