Our priority is to fulfil all existing orders whilst ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers alike. Please be assured that our warehouse team is working hard to ship all existing orders as quickly and safely as possible. Orders may take up to 7 weeks to be delivered.
Unfortunately you can no longer log into your account, but please do not worry. This does not mean your order is not being processed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You are still able to contact Customer Services by email at email@example.com or call 0345 602 3030 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) for any questions you may have.

When you find an item you would like to buy, press the 'Add to basket' button. You can see how many items you have in your basket and the total (excluding discounts or postage costs) in the top right of every page. If you would like to view the contents of your basket in detail or are ready to complete your order, click on the 'My Basket' link or the 'Checkout' button.
You can adjust the quantity of each item in your basket or delete any items you no longer wish to purchase. If you have a promotional code, enter it into the box provided and click 'Add'.
Once you are happy with the contents of your basket and are ready to complete your order, click 'Checkout'. You will be prompted to enter your email address (or customer number) if you are not already signed in. If you are already registered you will be asked to enter your password and we will retrieve your billing address and default delivery, taking you directly to the checkout.
If you put items into the basket when you are signed in, they will remain in the basket for a short time. This means that if you return to the site within a couple of days and sign in, your previous basket will still be available.
