Our priority is to fulfil all existing orders whilst ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers alike. Please be assured that our warehouse team is working hard to ship all existing orders as quickly and safely as possible. Orders may take up to 7 weeks to be delivered.
Unfortunately you can no longer log into your account, but please do not worry. This does not mean your order is not being processed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Some of our products are aimed at children, however these are not for purchase by children and must only be purchased by adults. Persons under the age of 18 may only use the site under supervision of a parent or guardian. Here at The Book People we are opposed, on principle, to censorship, and on that basis will not rule out books that contain difficult topics or those that describe lifestyles at odds with our own.
We endeavour to offer a wide choice of books, suitable to all readers, and will aim to accurately convey any potentially offensive content. However, we recommend that all purchases intended for children are thoroughly vetted by the parent/guardian before use with or by children.
