Annabel Karmel

Annabel Karmel was born on 10 May, 1957 and she is a cookbook author who writes about nutrition and cooking for babies, children and families.

Her first book was The Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner in 1991 and has sold over 4 million copies. Also a talented musician, Annabel is a regular food columnist in newspapers and even has her own range of healthy good products. She was awarded an MBE in 2006.
