Born in London in 1962 and educated at Cambridge, Christobel Kent has lived in Essex, London and Florence, Italy. She worked in publishing before becoming an author. Her debut novel, A Party in San Niccolo, was published in 2003 and she's also the author of the Sandro Cellini series.
She has worked as a teacher and now lives in Cambridge with her husband and five children.
