Ella Woodward

The creator of the healthy eating blog Deliciously Ella, Ella Woodward changed her diet after she was bedridden by the rare disease Postural Tachycardia Syndrome in 2011. Adopting healthy habits helped her alleviate the symptoms of the disease and after teaching herself how to cook and experimenting with various flavour combinations, she decided to share these mouth-watering recipes on her blog.

All her creations are gluten, dairy and sugar free and her blog now gets around 2.5 million hits a month. With her view of making small changes to your lifestyle rather than going cold turkey, among the most popular Deliciously Ella recipes are her sweet potato brownies. In her spare time, Ella goes spinning and does yoga and pilates. She has also opened the Mae Deli in London.
