F. Scott Fitzgerald

Best known for The Great Gatsby (although it wasn’t popular during his lifetime), Tender is the Night and his short stories including The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, F. Scott Fitzgerald was born on 24 September, 1896 in Minnesota and died on 21 December, 1940 in Hollywood.

The love of his life was Zelda Sayre and the coupel had a daughter in 1921. He made friends with the likes of Hemingway towards the end of his life.
