A chef who is famous all over the world for his love of healthy and delicious food, Jamie Oliver was born on 27 May, 1975 in Clavering, Essex.
A chef since he was 16, Jamie first came to prominence with the TV show The Naked Chef. He appeared on many more popular programmes before taking on the government and revolutionising the UK’s school dinners. The sales of his cookbooks have now exceeded over £100 million. He lives with his wife, Jools, and their children in London.
