Born on 31 May, 1968 in London, Jane Green is an English-born American author who has sold over 10 million of her romantic fiction novels worldwide. Her books have been translated into 31 languages and she has been described as ‘one of the first of the ‘chick lit’ authors.
Before publishing her first book, Straight Talking, in 1997 (2003 in the United States) Jane worked as a publicist and journalist. She now lives in Westport, Connecticut with her husband Ian Warburg, her children, stepchildren and a menagerie of animals. She is a regular on TV shows in America and is also a keen cook.
