Jane Lawes

Born in Surrey in 1987, Jane Lawes studied American Literature with Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia and was a hugely active child. Obsessed with gymnastics and dancing, she also loved books with Roald Dahl being one of her favourite authors.

In addition to writing the bestselling Gym Stars series, Jane also works as an editor of non-fiction books.
