Joe Wicks

Joe Wicks, also known as the Body Coach, is a man on a mission to get the world lean. Rising to fame via Instagram and YouTube, so far he has helped over 100,000 people get healthier and transform their bodies for the better and his first Lean in 15 book was the fastest selling cookbook of all time.

Providing a mixture of recipes and workouts, Joe believes it only takes 90 days to transform your body by following his rules and instructions. Joe has a degree in sports science and has worked as both a personal trainer and an online nutrition coach for years.
