Born on 17 November, 1972 in London, Lorraine Pascale worked as a model before turning her hand to cooking. She has sold over a million books in the UK and presented numerous television series.
She was brought up in Oxfordshire and was educated at a boarding school in Devon. While modeling, she took a diploma cookery course at Leith’s School of Food and Wine. Her first cookbook, Baking Made Easy, was hugely successful and she ran a popular bakery in Covent Garden. Lorraine is also the ambassador for various charities.
