Michelle Paver

Born on 7 September, 1960 in Malawi and known for her Chronicles of Ancient Darkness series, that began in 2004 with Wolf Brother (which sold over 1 million copies), Michelle Paver is a Guardian Prize-winning author.

The Ancient Darkness books finished in 2010 with the publication of Ghost Hunter and Michelle is also the author of the Gods and Warriors series. She worked as a solicitor and was made partner at a law firm before turning her hand to writing books.
