Oliver Jeffers

A Northern Irish illustrator born in Port Hedland, Western Australia in 1977, Oliver Jeffers now lives and works in Brooklyn, New York and is well known for his picture books, installations and figurative paintings. He is the author and illustrator of How to Catch a Star and Lost and Found, the latter of which won the Blue Peter Book Award and Smarties Book Prize in 2006.

Oliver has also provided illustrations for Drew Daywalt's The Day the Crayons Quit (a picture book that has sold over 1.5 million copies worldwide) and was chosen as a World Book Day illustrator. He exhibits his art in major cities all over the world.
