Rebecca Shaw

Rebecca Shaw was the author of 27 novels across two series - Barleybridge and Turnham Malpas. She sold over 1 million of her books throughout the UK, Europe and the US and her stories were inspired by the rural location of Devon, where she happily resided.

A former schoolteacher who also taught deaf children, Rebecca was born in Leeds and died on 7 September, 2015.
