Sabrina Ghayour

Born on 5 January, 1976 in Tehran, Iran, Sabrina Ghayour is a British-Iranian chef, food writer and the author of bestselling cookbook Persiana. A self-taught cook who blends Turkish, Arab, Armenian and Afghani tastes, Sabrina is a regular at food festival and famed for her Mezze-style dishes. She has been praised by Raymond Blanc.
