Born in Canberra, Australia in 1974, Sarah Wilson is the author of the bestselling I Quit Sugar books and founder of IQuitSugar.com. A former journalist, she used to be the editor of Cosmopolitan and is now a blogger and media consultant. She even hosted the first series of MasterChef Australia.
An expert in wellness, health and food, Sarah wrote the I Quit Sugar cookbooks after quitting sugar and feeling the benefits.
