How do I use promotion codes?
From time to time we send our customers promotional codes. To apply the offer to your order you will have to enter the code at the checkout. We’re sorry, but our delivery and free gift promotions are currently restricted to addresses based in the UK only.
I’m a customer based in the Republic of Ireland. Have my shipping charges been changed?
International Delivery rates will now apply to all our customers based in the Republic of Ireland.
How are International Delivery charges calculated?
Orders delivered to addresses outside the United Kingdom are subject to International Delivery charges. These are based on the weight of the products ordered and destination of the delivery. See our International Delivery section for more information.
What happens if I am unable to locate my country for delivery?
We deliver to most major countries worldwide, but in the unlikely event you are unable to find your country in the address section, please complete the form titled ‘International – I am unable to locate my delivery country’.
Am I entitled to Book Points as an international customer?
All our international customers are rewarded for their loyalty with Book Points. When choosing a book to spend your Book Points on, please be aware that an International Delivery charge will still be applied.
Am I entitled to a Points Passport?
We’re very sorry, but we cannot currently offer our Points Passport service to customers based outside of the United Kingdom.
Do Book People sell eBooks to customers outside the UK?
Sorry, but our eBooks are only available to UK customers.
How do I cancel an order or return items?
Please refer to our International Returns and Cancellation Policies.
Can I receive a catalogue?
Sorry, but we currently do not deliver catalogues to non-UK addresses. International orders can currently be placed online only.
