Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you are able to do so by notifying Customer Services by phone or email prior to receiving your delivery or within the 14 day period that follows.

If an order has not yet been despatched, you can request for it to be cancelled and we will be happy to arrange for a full refund to reach you within 21 days.

If your order has already been despatched when you choose to cancel, please follow our Returns Policy.

If you have made an order online, once your online order has been submitted, please note we will be unable to amend or cancel your order. If the order is no longer required, please refer to our Returns Policy.
