International Cancellation & Returns Policies

International Cancellation Policy

Customers within the EU have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing an order, please see our standard Cancellation Policy.

For all other International customers, we’re sorry but it’s not possible to cancel or make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

International Returns Policy

If you wish to return goods from an international order it may be returned at your own expense, in its original condition for a refund, within 30 days of receipt. When the goods are received back in good condition we will refund you the initial cost of the items (this refund will not cover delivery costs or any charges incurred by you on returning the product/s to us). Authorisation to return goods must be obtained at all times by calling 0044 1248 679395 ( GMT, Monday to Saturday). Please parcel goods with the original documentation and write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
