"Basic Basics: Jams, Preserves and Chutneys" -

If they have gone to the trouble of reprinting Marguerite Patten's book on jams etc yet again (16th!), it surely signals a book every bit a gem to have as her "Cooking in Colour" which has been my first point of reference since 1962. Look forward to receiving to assess properly!
