My favourite Mexican recipe book -

Filled with tasty and simple recipes that don't require a long list of ingredients (apart from mole') this really is a joy to read and cook from. The restaurant, Wahaca, is definitely worth a visit too... delicious!

"Brilliant!" -

I think that this book is superb - the recipes are easy to follow with brilliant results (watch out, the margerita's are rather more-ish!). I now know how to make refried beans from scratch - it takes a bit of effort but the result is delicious and the 'club sandwich' has become a favourite amongst our friends. If you like Mexican food, this book is a must!
