What a delightful story, I only wish I'd had it when I was a child! Plop is an adorable baby barn owl who is struggling with the idea of being a night bird who is supposed to love the dark. Plop most definitely does not like the dark and is afraid to venture out of his nest each evening. Follow him on his journey as he meets some friendly characters who perceive the dark in a different and more positive way, helping him overcome his fear. This is a perfect bedtime story. Ebony was spellbound with the story and it's so descriptive and well written that I am sure this book will become a family favourite.
