The Ultimate Book of Vegan Cooking -

A must-have staple book. The recipes are easy to follow, generally quick to make and all have lovely photos with step-by-step photo instructions. It also has nutritional breakdowns for the health conscious. Everything I have made has come out really nice and tasty. I'd recommend this to those just starying veganism and seasoned vegans alike.
