The book is beautiful and is also set out in a very accessible way. So whether you are looking for something to suit a particular ailment, something to incorporate a particular ingredient or just want to see how a particularly yummy-looking recipe will benefit your body, you can with ease. I would highly recommend it.
Forget vitamin pills. And diets. This is where it's at. Cannot wait to plough through this. There is nothing that I don't love the look of.
