I bought this as an impulse buy, and have absolutely loved it. Many of the dishes are incredibly simple, but the results are out of this world! I've spent hours poring over the recipes, deciding what I will do next. Friends and I sit here salivating over the next thing we will do at a dinner party. My only slight concern is I will neglect all my other books, and feel rather disloyal to them! I've bought it as a present for loads of people. If you fancy a bit of inspiration, and would like some fabulous clean tasting food - BUY THIS! You won't regret it!

Became interested in Middle Eastern Cooking through holiday. This book offers good dishes from the region. Some are similiar to Indian dishes but much milder. Nice fusion from Meditteranean & Indian found here. Definitely 5 stars!
Sensational book -
This is one of the best cookery books I have - the flavours are sublime. I couldn't be without it. Waitrose luckily stocks some of the more unusual ingredients, such as pomegranate molasses, zaatar and sumac.
