I love this book - it's beautifully photographed and the recipes are inspiring. Many of the recipes are more healthy twists on the traditional and they get you thinking about how you can make healthy substitutions, to avoid sugar, wheat and dairy in all cooking. The choice of recipes is very wide and covers most occasions. I have made several of them and they have all worked out well.
