A cracking collection of hilarious jokes to keep you chuckling not just during Christmas and the festive period, but the whole year round What do you call a boy trying to get the creases out of his clothes at the North Pole? Brrrr-ian! What goes Ho Ho Swoosh, Ho Ho Swoosh? Father Christmas in a revolving door! Waiter, waiter, my turkey has gone off. Which way did it go?
Short jokes long laughs. As the book title confirms, the sort of jokes you want to share with friends and family around the dinner table at Christmas time but a better selection than you get inside most crackers. Just make sure your listener's mouth is not full of food when you tell them. An ideal joke book for kids of all ages. Zack found this book very entertaining. The fact that he could make his sister laugh, rather than the usual eye rolling, kept the page firmly fixed open. It reminded me of when I was a child following my kid sister around the house saying 'you gotta listen to this one, just one more'. The Illustrations fit the jokes well and add to the humour. Zack said he liked this book in particular because the jokes were actually funny and not long and boring (he's talking about the ones I tell him!). Zack gives this book a four out of five. He said it would have scored a five if it had got presents inside it, as it is a book about Christmas after all!
