Sometimes I think the word DIET puts people off a cookery book, this is a book for life, I have never tried as many recipes from one book and gone back and cooked them time after time before. This book is an absolute must buy.

We loved the first book and are rapidly making our way through this one. The kids and I aren't even dieting but can still happily eat along with Daddy. So many diet books require obscure ingredients but The Hairy Bikers know how to keep it simple and applicable to everyday folk. Definitely recommend.
Having cooked everything other than breakfasts in the first book again and again, we were ready for the second book. Just had the lovely chicken chow mein, last night we had spicy pork and rice. Sensible, straightforward, no ropey miracle ingredients. I am 28lb down over the last year, and husband 56 lb down, since adopting these recipes. So impressed.
My kind of diet -
Any diet that lets me eat pizza, beef madras and Cornish pasties is fine by me! Loads of brilliantly easy and delicious new recipes so I'd use this regardless of the calories involved.
