Insightful and inspiring -

After reading many business management-related books, full of jargon, case studies and theories, Sir Alex Ferguson has given a refreshing and honest view on how one should lead. There is so much you can take from this book, and each point he makes comes with a fantastic example (and normally fascinating story) of how Fergie watched and listened, and gradually became the most decorated sports manager of all time, and the most exceptional of leaders.

He has stories about Cantona, Zola, Bruce, Pirlo, Giggs, Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Scholes, Drogba, Rooney and many more superstars who I have admired ever since I could kick a ball.

On top of this, although it may be more appealing to a football fan, everything Fergie talks about thorughout the book is completely relatable, and suggests some great skills worth developing if you want to become a true leader.

Fantastic read. I would recommend to any sports fan!
