Can't believe how much I loss! -

After reading this book I am now doing the eight-week blood-sugar diet. I have managed to lose over a stone in four weeks and now can't wait to see how much more I will lose once I complete the eighth week. It has also brought down my sugar readings. This is why I have given it a 5-star rating.
