Fearne Cotton is one of the most familiar figures from the world of TV and radio. Since having children, she has developed a love of cooking and in Cook Happy Cook Healthy she shares her favourite family recipes.
Whether you're looking for speedy midweek lunches, healthy snacks to beat the afternoon slump or recipes that take a bit longer to prepare but are extra special for the weekend, you'll find them all in here.
Each recipe has been refined to use sugar-free and nourishing ingredients (all of which are easily sourced) and among the highlights are super-quick granola, courgette and carrot 'spaghetti' and Death by Chocolate cake.
This book was very disappointing.......If you are new to cooking then you may find it helpful but if you already own a couple of cookery books then you won't need this one.
Basically old favorites with slight changes to some of the less healthy ingredients,
veggie shepards pie, spag bols, fish cakes, very boring.
A couple of dairy free deserts.
My copy is heading to the charity shop.
