Entertaining and scientifically sound -

Excellent book and delicious recipes, I have happily lost 6kg over the summer while enjoying eating. I also took break from the diet and enjoyed eating lots during holidays and the weight did not come back. My husband prefers eating at home since I starting using this book as he said that the food is better than in restaurants. It also makes for an interesting and funny read!
