Fascinating read -

This is a scholarly book but very readable. It tells interesting stories from Yorkshire's history, details of it's geography, some mention of local authors and personal reminiscences of the authors family. I found it an absorbing and fascinating read. Anyone who lives, has lived or is merely interested in the county would find it informative and interesting.
