A Great Book To Have Around If You Have Young Children! -
Another super book in this series from Molly Potter. Could be used by parents and teachers right from reception age as the ideas and strategies are very straightforward. Layout is inviting with lovely illustrations by Sarah Jennings, with cartoony speech bubbles and key ideas in highlighted boxes.
It's a very practical approach to the topic and offers some helpful solutions to everyday worries and anxiety. I will be looking at including a copy in all of our infant and some of the junior classrooms, so it's there when needed!
