I have many books about baking, so I get very excited when I come across a book which offers something new. This book was a lovely surprise, great to read, very good instructions with nice pictures and some recipes which look very tasty. Have only tried a couple of the recipes so far and they both turned out great. Some very impressive looking recipes.
