Fantastic, delicious, foolproof receipes -

Bought this book as my family in Wicklow were raving about the place. Every recipe I tried was as it looked in the book and tasted devine. On my recent visit to Ireland in Feb, I visited the shop which was amazing, so busy, food fab and on a Sunday afternoon. Both Stephen and David were there making sure everything was ship shape.

My four kids who seldom all eat the same meal, do so if it's a "happy pear dinner". Cannot wait for the next book.

We are not veggie but rarely eat meat now as we cook a lot of these recipes. Growing my own beetroot as love the beetroot salad and at £2 for the beetroot to make it, my pack of seeds will make me many many of these salads!!!
You will not regret buying this book
